DV Real Estate uses the name, phone, email and details you submit to respond to your enquiry. Photos and unpublished property offers are visible only to the authorised owner. When notifications are enabled, data may also be sent to the agency’s chosen email provider or integration.

Retention and your requests

Enquiries are kept while being handled and for up to 180 days after closure. Use the contact page to request access, correction or deletion. Deletion covers attachments not used in a listing. Local backups are retained for up to 7 days; external copies follow the agency’s policy. Records may be kept longer where an applicable obligation requires it.

Cookies and preferences

The dashboard uses an essential eight-hour session cookie. Language and saved properties remain in your browser. Remove them individually or clear site data. We use no analytics or advertising tools.

External services

Maps use OpenStreetMap and fonts use Google Fonts. These services receive your IP address and standard request information. WhatsApp and social links open only when you select them.
